10.666 ASSISTANCE CONSIDERATIONS:

Formula and Matching Requirements:  The amount paid shall represent 25 percent of the net revenues received from the use of the land during the preceding calendar year.

Length and Time Phasing of Assistance:  The full 25 percent payment will be made to the county treasurers on or about March 31 of each year.

Uses and Use Restrictions:  To be used for school or road purposes or both.
