Beneficiary Eligibility:  State and local governments, officials of law enforcement agencies, forensic laboratories.

Credentials/Documentation:  The applicant must furnish suitable credentials.

Preapplication Coordination:  None. This program is excluded from coverage under E.O. 12372.

Application Procedure:  Made in the form of a letter on official letterhead; or in an emergency, by phone, to the field laboratory of the DEA or the Office of Forensic Sciences at Headquarters.
