Uses and Use Restrictions: Counsels and provides information on government contracting opportunities, to small, small disadvantaged, and women-owned business firms. Each year, GSA, the Federal Government's purchasing agent, real estate developer, telecommunications manager, and computer overseer, contracts for over $10 billion worth of goods and services. Because it must provide the workspace, supplies, equipment, and support that other agencies need to do their jobs, GSA is an important market for small businesses.
