Objectives:  To provide general and specialized reference and bibliographic services based on library holdings in science and technology that include over 5 million scientific, technical, and medical books, 61,500 serial titles, plus more than 5 million technical reports and standards.

Applicant Eligibility:  Reference services are available to individuals over high school age or organizations working in the fields of science and technology.

Beneficiary Eligibility:  Reference services are available to individuals over high school age or organizations working in the fields of science and technology.

Credentials/Documentation:  This program is excluded from coverage under OMB Circular No. A-87.
